What to know before booking.
What should I prepare before the Plan Review?
Bring the latest floor plan or layout if available, the project location, current project stage, approximate area if known, and the main decisions or concerns you want reviewed.
Is the Plan Review a full architectural service?
No. It is a focused 60-minute design-advisory session. A full architecture or interior-design appointment requires a separate project proposal and professional service agreement.
Can I book from outside Delhi NCR?
Yes. The Plan Review is conducted online through Google Meet and can be booked from anywhere in India, subject to the live scheduling calendar.
Can the consultation fee be adjusted if I appoint Devshilpee for the full project?
For an eligible full-scope commission, the consultation fee may be adjusted against the design fee when that adjustment is specifically confirmed in the project proposal.
