1. Intellectual Property Rights

All architectural drawings, project photography, 3D renderings, spatial layouts, and written content published on this website are the intellectual property of Devshilpee Architects unless otherwise credited. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Professional Consultations

Information displayed on this website is for illustrative and practice overview purposes. Formal architectural counsel, structural calculations, and statutory sanction drawings are provided exclusively under signed professional service agreements.

3. Paid Design Consultations

Paid consultation products are limited-scope advisory sessions. They are intended to provide design observations, spatial guidance, plan-review feedback, or a professional second opinion within the stated session duration and scope.

A paid consultation does not by itself appoint Devshilpee Architects for a full architectural or interior-design commission, and it does not replace structural engineering, statutory approvals, legal due diligence, MEP engineering, surveying, or other specialist certification where those services are required.

Consultation booking access is released only after the applicable fee has been confirmed. Any full-project engagement is governed separately by the proposal and professional service agreement issued for that commission.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds

The specific rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms applicable to a paid consultation will be presented before automated live payment is enabled and may also be included in the booking confirmation. Those product-specific terms form part of the consultation booking conditions.

5. Design Studies & Conceptual Work

Portfolio items designated as Concept Studies illustrate architectural typologies, layout strategies, and material explorations developed by the studio.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from website usage shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi NCR, India.
