The Glass Pavilion Commercial Studio
A daylight-optimized boutique corporate workspace and executive office
Spatial Narrative
Overview
A boutique commercial concept demonstrating how natural light, acoustic isolation, and architectural materiality foster focused work environments.
Design Challenge:
Providing open collaborative zones without compromising acoustic privacy in executive conference rooms.
Architectural Response:
Acoustic double-glazed partitions with micro-perforated timber ceiling baffles to absorb ambient reverberation.
Commercial interiors often succumb to sterile corporate templates. This study explores an architectural approach to workspaces where natural materials, daylight corridors, and bespoke millwork create a calm, dignified atmosphere.
Dynamic exterior bronze fins rotate to modulate solar heat gain while ensuring unhindered views of perimeter landscaping.
Executive suites feature custom teak desks, fluted glass screens, and integrated credenzas designed and detailed in-house.
Key Spatial Features
